Hi, I'm Shirley Cason, a pianist, keyboardist, composer and recording artist. I've recorded 13 albums of peaceful instrumental music, all released on my record label, Peaceful World Music ®™, and have been honored to receive three Grammy® certificates over the years.
My Relaxing Piano Music album has remained on Amazon’s Top 100 New Age Instrumental Music charts for the past 4 years every month.
I'm now beginning a new journey — Tiny Studio at the Lake on YouTube, where I'll be sharing music, stories, live performances and creative adventures with you in a more personal way.

A THOUSAND YEARS : written by Janis Ian and Russ Taff, A Thousand Years is a song of quiet emotions and lasting warmth.
Shirley created the keyboard music arrangement for this recording, layering her instrumentation beneath Janis Ian’s original vocals and guitar track with care and restraint, honoring the song’s emotional core and timeless character.
After hearing the arrangement, Janis was so moved that she chose to release it as an official single on her own record label.
Deepak Chopra featured My Peaceful World as one of his Spotify album picks.
I’m deeply honored to have my music recognized by someone whose work has brought peace and healing to so many.
